A rise from the 773,000 that was projected.

And, on top of that, today Joe Biden and the Democrats introduced a bill that would give citizenship to 11 million illegal immigrants.

it's going to take 4 years to clean up the previous presidency, similar to Bush W. unfortunately the true profits of Biden won't be seen until 2nd term once cleaning up this mess is complete. trump has set us way back

Your solution is communism led by a child molester that makes out with his grandaughter that he groomed. Im starting to think suicide is a real option. Best of luck to you when dementía Joe is sent off to nursing home and Kamala takes over.

OP doesn't realize to be granted unemployment, you had to be employed recently for over a long span.
He thinks it's welfare and food stamps
Ofc people are filing unemployment, major restaurants are only providing takeout, kids aren't even in school. lmao

Biden isn't likely to make it through his first term before being removed due to being mentally impaired, much less serve a second term.

it's crazy how Biden has done more since inauguration than the previous presidency did in the entire past 4 years. but to be fair Trump kind of just took a crayon and scribbled over everything Obama accomplished. all Trump promised was to build a wall with Lego's and his supporters didn't even get that

861,000 people filed for unemployment last week thanks to Trump/Biden's lockdowns

If Trump didn't pay all the gov't employees for not working and all the added unemployed incentives (in many cases, more money to stay unemployed) this insanity would have ended in March/April.
But nope, another 861k filing for unemployment.
We're on day 339 of 15 Days to Slow the Spread and the brainwashed masses still support Trump's Natl State of Emergency. :facepalm

These people are already present in the US. Giving them legal status probably helps taxing their work.

Dumb and no.
Some people will work for nothing so this lowers quality for all.
Think of call centres where you can't understand the person, even if they speak the same language they might have no idea of local conditions.
Businesses don't care as often they just tick boxes. Role filled. Problems emerge longer term.

All you have to do is avoid construction and landscaping and you've already got most of the Mexicans beat.
Pretty much their niche, and maybe some low-level automotive work.

That's not what he said.
What he said is Mexicans will work for 5 dollars an hour under the table in cash so it destroys the market value.
Mexicans stealing construction worker jobs for illegal wages from citizens born here is cultural appropriation. Go build houses in Mexico instead of destroying the u.s. market for actual citizens.

If someone can do a job for 5 dollars an hour, then it's retarded to pay someone else 3x that much just cause he's a murican citizen.

If there weren't people in this country who can do a job for 5 dollars an hour, then companies would be forced to pay that "murican" citizen 3x that much. See how that works?

Illegals are high class now. They won't work for $5 an hour anymore. They want their $15.
Last week I went to this outdoor mall. They had a taco stand there and they charged me $14 for a 3 ****ing carne asada tacos. This is what happens when you pay the guy like TheTacoMan $15 an hour

There will always be illegals - no country can get rid of them unless they use huge ressources to hunt dem down and kill them. Nothing else will help. Throw them out after wasting ressources on them? Other or even they themselves will come back.
So the bigger chance to get rid of 5$ workers is to give them legal status, so they'll try to receive the benefits of the country they live in and by that be a target if they work without paying taxes. Of course this won't work 100%, but atleast some will contribute to society, who weren't before but already in the country.

I'm guessing you don't work around lots of illegal aliens so you might not know this. Handing over legal residency to millions of illegal aliens will increase the fraud that's already going on. Most of these illegal aliens are ALREADY paying taxes because they are working a legit social security number. It benefits both the illegal because of work and the ss# holder because the illegal will work seasonal jobs in agriculture and the ss# holder will be able to collect unemployment when the work stops and at the same time while building up their ss benefits later on. The ss# holder doesn't care about taxes because it's taken out of their check. I regularly see 14-16 year olds out there in the field working a citizen or legal resident's ss#.
Allowing millions more ss#s in the system will increase the fraud that's going on and actually bring in MORE illegal aliens. I'm guessing as much as 50% of illegal aliens are doing this in some states. Especially in places like California, Florida and Arizona with big farm labor.

But if the foreigners can work here legally, they'll have no need for a fake ss# in the first place.

Anyone who works in agriculture knows this. Believe it or not, it's just the way things work. Lots of legal resident's will work 6 months on their own social, then work another person's social for the next 6 months while collecting unemployment on their legal one. It's a very common practice. Believe me or don't believe me I don't care.
Agriculture workers, especially the women, are so wrapped up in protective clothing whether it's from the sun or cold, you really can't identify them but watch them as they get into their cars after work, you'll see a lot of very very young looking "adults" driving away. I know lots of people who started working the fields as 13-14 year olds. It's not a big secret. Those are the kids working someone else's social. You'll also see some new expensive trucks being driven by some as well. Those are the legal residents working 2 socials and getting paid unemployment bennies while they work.
Adding millions of of new social security numbers will just expand the fraud. It won't change until either there's genetic employment verification or minimum wage gets so high and technology gets so advanced that robotics will take over the picking of most crops. We're almost there so my guess is the latter. Produce packers started using laser sorting and grading technology around 20 years ago. Now almost all big ag packers use a system even though they tend to run 500k to $2 million. That took the jobs of thousands.

It makes it worse. They can work a seasonal job. Collect unemployment on their legal one. Then work someone else's social at that same time. Or they can give their social security number to a friend or family member, possibly an underage person, and collect unemployment and/or the social security benefits paid to them after they become a senior. Genetic employment verification will eliminate this problem so it should be msndated before any more mass amnesty is granted
