Nba conferences are pretty lopsided talentwise. Is it worse than ever or has it been worse?

Ironic because the most talented team is in the East.

The top-line talent isn't nearly as lopsided anymore.

KD, Harden, Giannis, Embiid, Tatum, Kyrie vs. LeBron, Kawhi, Curry, Jokic, Dame, Luka.

In the early 2000s, I would say. 2001 or 2002, for example, it was pretty big. The finalists from the East had nothing to do in the finals.

Early 00s. Anything the East, sucked. Like the top 3-5 teams could beat the top team in the East. Especially 2002

East is 67-99 against the West so far this season. That's a win % of .403. Since 2000, East has had a lower win % than that in only 3 seasons (2001, 2004, 2014). So yeah, it's pretty bad, but it's been worse.

2001 sixers won against the lakers which means that is worth 3 championships and 3 finals mvps for iverson which makes him a top 10 player of all time

I am a huge Iverson fan and I know that. But I suppose you are being sarcastic, those East teams of the early 2000s (Sixers, Bucks (they were the most talented) Nets, Celtics, etc.) would barely make the playoffs in the Western Conference. The Lakers, Blazers, Spurs, Kings, Mavs, Timberwolves, etc. were very, very good and solid teams.

Yeah early 2000s

In recent history mid 2010s especially 2014 which is probably up there with the worst of the early 2000s

In 2014 the 48 win Suns team didn't make the playoffs in the West while 48 would get you a top seed in the Least. The worst team in the West won 25 games... 10 teams won 40+. Going by SRS/pt differential the top 5 teams were all in the West. 8 of the top 10 in the West (only Pacers and Heat in Least). The 11 and 12 seeds in the West were arguably better than a couple playoff teams in the Least

The West VS Least H2H record was 674-556
Among playoff teams only it was 436-375

To cap it off better we saw the biggest beating in Finals history with Heat/Spurs after Spurs struggled to get past an 8 seed in the 1st round then went 2-2 with OKC in games Ibaka played
