It's weird. When he's on the court, he looks very bulky and thick. His legs look like tree trunks, he looks really wide and thick. Hulkish.. Like a lineman. But when I watched his workouts with his shirt off, he looked small and much skinnier. He didn't really look like a big, massive dude compared to how he looks on the court. Now, I don't know if Lebron is as big as Malone was. They used to say he has the size of Malone. But when they show his training videos, he looks stringier. He looked more like Iggy. And it doesn't look like he's doing bodybuilder workouts. They look very normal and light for him.

Yup. Dude’s walkin around on three Redwoods.

I think swimming is about the only sport he probably wouldnt be so good at. A guy like Phelps has a strong upper body with relatively short, low bone density legs and hips, which is an advantage for propulsion. Bron would be dragging a lot of weight behind in his legs and hips, not to mention getting practically weighed down to the bottom of the pool by his... shall we say... giant squid.

But for terrestrial sports the strong center of gravity and the burst from those THICK quads and calves is obviously a delicious advantage.

^ btw no homo on any of that.
