Why are Trump's Europe/China travel bans still in place?

After nearly one year, why are Trump's Europe/China travel bans still in place?

Anyone know? :confusedshrug:

Clearly there is a logical explanation for this under this new administration. Most likely it is still in place for the safety of the American citizen.

It is also clear that the only reason these bans were introduced in the first place under the prior administration was due to racism.
