Brutal truth is, he is kind of the poor mans Carmelo Anthony that New York Knicks got. Perennial lazy chucker who appears completely disinterested in winning now he has his bling on. The difference here is Tatbum actually has some true ballers that can and want to help, he just wont let them and is instead more interested in taking ridiculous jump shots
If I am being honest here, I think its time for him to be traded. He simply cant and wont gel on a team with Brown/Walker on it and his toxic attitude towards basketball isnt going to create a winning team. A side like Atlanta may see him as a great target and if they can get say Collins + Capela out of it it would be a huge boost for them

Tbh its a pain to watch him play. Not fluid at all. Its like there is a stuck button to his crossover and the way to get out is to just shoot. He does not have a good feel for team play, in looking for passes and getting good looks for his teammates.

The kid hasnt even been hyped to its peak and the team is on its way down. Theyre in good shape to miss the playoffs :oldlol:

Tatum and Brown were too busy trying to make it to the All Star game so they could get their bonus. They were me me me players in the first half. Post All Star break when they get Smart back, they'll get it together.

Tatum definitely settles too much for fade away jump shots that's for sure. He needs to be attacking the rim like Jaylen Brown does.
A lot more games to go. Plenty of time to make adjustments. The rankings will still shake up by a lot.

Tatum can't get from point A to point B smoothly. There's always too much dribbling and it just ends up with a stepback three. Lavine can make shots. I would give the edge to Tatum on defense though.

Tatum doesn't know how to pass and be a playmaker. Yet, Ainge keeps pairing up scoring point guards (irving, kemba) with him for some reason. I think that may be the real issue here. Not everybody can lead elite offenses without a point guard like Kawhi does.

I think some of you are overreacting with the Boston situation. They are in a bad streak, yes, but come on, their future still looks very bright.
