OP is an idiot. There was like 2 seconds left and he needed to shoot it. IT would've been something if there were 15 seconds left in the shot clock. I don't see any non-shooter taking those long threes.

He starts stepping back with 4-5 seconds to go and shoots with 2 on the clock. That's enough time to pick a different shot (say a long two just past the defender) or pass it. Given that it's Giannis, he could get to the lane in that amount of time.
