Basketball reference has billups and amare as having the highest chance of getting in the hof within that group.

Crazy thing is Amare has more AS appearances than Webber. :lol

Webber has the highest peak of all these guys. I can't believe he only has 5 AS appearances and 5 All-NBA teams.

I'd do

Webber - highest peak
Wallace - undrafted 4x DPOY
Chauncey - FMVP
Amare
Timmy Homophobe

I'm okay with those guys not being HOFers. I think they're all slightly overrated by the message board crowd.

If I had to pick one of them to put in, I'd go Billups.

Webber is overrated? I'd say he was underrated. At the time only KG exceeded his combination of size, strength, handles and passing ability

Obviously a good player, don't get me wrong. But all those things you listed never really added up to a 'dominant' player IMO. He's very close to HOF caliber, and I'd be happy for him if he goes in. But to me he's not a guy who NEEDS to be in there.

If Mitch Richmond and Calvin Murphy are in, Webber definitely deserves to be in.
