I'm going with team 3 why?

Jokic with his outside game will be the key. He will drag guys like Shaq, Hakeem therefore the paint will be wide open for MJ. Garnett can take care of some of the flaws jokic got on defense.

Lillard is going to pull up from the logo.
Bird is going to do his thing as well in/out
Team 4 is next in line

1- physically dominant. Too many ball dominant players though. Inconsistent down the stretch. The CP to Malone pick and roll will but heads with the iso scoring of Tmac and Durant. Shaq will complain of lack of touches. Easily the biggest chokers out of the group. Awful defensively.
2- What a mess. Zero chemistry. Low basketball IQ outside of Duncan. Constant yelling a bickering during time-outs. Zero leadership.
3- High basketball IQ. Dame, Bird, and Jokic can space the floor pretty well. Killer instinct. I think Dame tries too hard, though. My clear favorites out of the 5.
4- Basically a team 3-lite.
5- Meh... Great regular season team. Injury prone, lack of leadership.

Considering I would assume that most games will be close. Team 3 seems like the best choice.

Team 5 is the best if healthy but maybe health is a lot to ask with Curry/Wade/Kawhi/Davis all on the same team.

Therefore I'd probably say Team 3 or possibly Team 1. Team 1 isn't getting much love but KD can play off the ball as can TMac a bit. Give CP3 the ball and he can run P&R with Malone and feed Shaq. And maybe Tracy can also run the offense at times. I can see that being a cohesive team. Defensively though they would be clearly behind the other teams.

Team 2 just has too many ball-dominators. Team 4 has too many iso scorers. Those two are definitely bottom.

All in all would probably go with Team 3.
