I think we were on cruise control entering the 4th quarter up 12pts expecting this to be another easy win, but didn’t work out as the Knicks fought it like a playoffs game. The Nets have to learn some lessons, at least to take the first half of the 4th quarter more seriously putting teams away. If you want to relax a little, try to make a 20pts lead and then sub out the starters. They are going to lose some games playing with fire, and if the lesson of that Wizards game ain’t enough to make them realize this yet.

Couple things...

While the call sucks in a close game like that at the end, Randle did travel. He did not get the ball knocked full out of his hand and he still technically had possession of it. I can understand Randle being upset because he wants to win.

And...I love Randle's reaction and the Knicks fight at the end. They might be 20-20 but that record is just on the surface compared to the way they're playing versus the last 5 years. They actually care and want to win. It's nice to see Randle balling out when Stephen A. Smith basically dogged him the last year or two. And now he's praising him.
