Yes his family was from Syria, but at least from what I've seen his tweets have been directed at Trump and not the US itself, just like millions of other tweets and comments we've seen over the last few years from all libs.

Interesting to see how libs have been posting these threads in the politics section, so sure that the crimes were committed by white supremacists and you can feel the sentiment taking over that when anything bad happens, it's because of white people.

There was a video floating around of him talking about his baptist beliefs, it was from an interview in relation to a specific church.
Theory about that was that he was very religious but also addicted to sex which he had to get in ways of sin, which leading into to his own testimony given to cops that he was a frequent user of those two massage parlors, and so in his crazy mind he said to himself that he needed to kill the sex workers at these places.
It''s all very crazy, but it's a theory that lines up somewhat with his behavior or what we know of it at least.

Another theory is that he wanted to kill Asians because Trump told him not to like China, but no one has been able to line up any specific reason for those two massage parlors being his choice in that context.
Also, two of the victims were white. Maybe he'd kill them anyways because they're witnesses, even though he saw them as a part of the same master race, or maybe not who knows.
