Sign Drummond for the veteran minimum via buyout

I'd assume they'd be better, thanks to getting Lowry, who's the perfect 3rd option guy.

Drummond would add a little hustle and muscle -- but is it better than having Montrezl? I'm not sure if Andre can play the rim-runner role.

No. Harrell and Dennis have strengths that perfectly overlap with the Nets weaknesses.


They would both live in the paint against them and thrive as matchup problems bc of it.

Lowry is almost done and Drummond sucks badly at half the game.

That also depends if they're healthy or not. Remember, those guys are at least 35 y.o. already. You can't just expect them to dominate that easily without some useful help from their younger peers.

Lowry is too old to trade for.
Powell is almost a decade younger, shoots better, is taller and is much cheaper. He would flourish with all the attention AD and Bron command.
All moves should be about building the team younger around AD.
Lowry is the better player for certain, but not who I’d want.
