I don't think clippers are going to ever be able to catch up with Jazz in the standings. It seems like they have been very fortunate to face a lot of teams without their stars.

He has everything to do with it at both ends. His presence at the rim allows them to run guys off the 3 point line knowing he has their back. His presence at the rim at the other end , his screens and offensive rebounding opens it up for everyone else.

not any different than every team I don't imagine. More importantly they've been pretty healthy. The one guy they can't lose has played every game

'cause teams with 3rd best record in the East has never won in the past, only the top or 2nd seed used to win NBA titles(2004 Pistons were 3rd but they had the 2nd best record in the East due to the conference having 2 divisions back then).
