I hear HBO's making a Pat Riley film on those 80's Lakers coming together. Riley played by Adrien Brody from The Pianist

Riley has been successful everywhere he's been. Remember that LeBron and Wade walked for nothing then they lost bosh due to medical reasons. They never went into tank mode.

They stayed competitive, turned over the roster and made the Finals last year.

Before he went to the Heat Jimmy Butler was widely seen as a problem in the locker room.
