I just took saturdays off from my job so I can rest on the sabbath day. How do y’all feel about the sabbath? Don’t want to be disobedient to god

I observe the sabbath. It's a detox. I spend the day reading books,playing chess,meditating,stretching,walking my dog at the park.
It's essential for my mental health. No technology for 25 hours.

Cool man, it’s on Saturday right? Just making sure always want to follow gods commands. I had to switch my schedule from Saturday to Sunday. I’m glad some one else follows gods commands. :cheers:

It seems smart, for either religious reasons or some other reasons, to take at least one day per week and just relax. And to only do fun or relaxing things.
