Ohio used to be a state that proceeded with death sentences, but lately things seem to have gone awry.
Ohio had James Frazier on the execution block scheduled for October 20th later this year, but he passed recently before law could be carried out.
Brutal serial killer Anthony Sowell died on death from an undisclosed terminal illness.
Jeffrey Wogenstahl, as seems to be the case with any number of Ohio death row inmates, had been scheduled for execution, and then removed. They keep setting back the dates on their whole execution block.
What is Michael Madison still doing on OHio's death row? And Anthony Kirkland.
For what it's worth, which I don't think means much as it pertains to the law, the governor of Ohio is Catholic.
What do you think are the chances that the aforementioned penalties will be carried out?
