Elfrid Payton has no place in the modern NBA

He's not a good starting PG. He's not a good 6th man. He's not a good point guard. He's a terrible finisher, can't shoot, and has awful vision. He's Tony Allen without the all-NBA defensive talent.

sure play him in garbage time but he offers zero spacing and is a piss poor playmaker. maybe if you want him to play defense and nothing else he'd be ok but he even sucks defensively.

Definitely an NBA player, but should only be 12 to 15 minutes behind a real starting PG, instead of the Knicks hopes and dreams to help them end the playoff drought.

Payton is the worst player I have ever seen and the dumbest too. He literally takes way too many shots as if he's some sort of elite scorer, and then he proceeds to brick them all. He rarely passes it to the open player. He's just stupid.
