I low key think the Bucks are going to shock everyone and win the title this year. Giannis is killing it and I have no idea which of these guys will step up during the postseason when Giannis is again stumped by the postseason intensity...

It's just a hunch.

I don't think the Bucks are or should be considered the favorites to win the title, but if they do, it shouldn't shock anyone. They're certainly in the mix.

I'll be cheering for them against the nets. Giannis is like 20x more likeable then Durant. That coward bitch Durant ruined his legacy by joining an mvp who eliminated him and by default becoming a sidekick, never winning a playoff series without an MVP on his team. Hopefully Giannis dumps 45 points and 20 rebounds a game on Durant's cowardly bald ass. Durant/irving and Harden don't play any defense and don't have a draymond to save them, they are far from a lock. You didn't see giannis joining kawhi like Durant did after curry beat him.

As I said before the Nets were built to score , not to defend and be an all-defensive team.

It takes a team effort to slow Giannis down. I think Heat take Bucks out again if they face off each other, also the Lakers is a matchup nightmare in the finals for bucks if they make it.

The Nets are a good matchup for Giannis to feast on that swiss cheese defense.

Yep. Can’t depend on Yanny when things get tough. Rudeboy and the other Yanny stans found out the hard way last year.

If Giannis takes that next step, possibly. I need to see it before I believe it

last night without Giannis - Jrue took over the game... a year ago Bledsoe would not have the tools or the mental fortitude to do so.

I agree with this the bucks are definitely having that under the radar quiet, past 2 years of disappointment humble growth type of year but what ruins all this is the BROOKLYN NETS, no way do they beat the Nets.

i think nets is way too much for Giannis alone.

How is he supposed to win a playoff game without an MVP on his team? He's had one on his team his entire career. That's a stupid critique, and Harden/Westbrook certainly weren't yet MVP caliber when he took them to the finals in 2012. I'm not trying to defend his move to Golden State, but knocking him for always having an MVP is BS.

Going to need more of that. Shocking!

Guard Jrue Holiday and the Milwaukee Bucks have agreed to a four-year maximum contract extension worth up to $160 million, his agent, Jason Glushon of Glushon Sports Management, (https://theathletic.com/news/bucks-jrue-holiday-agree-to-160-million-max-contract-extension/y4DDn67nmN3B) told The Athletic. Since his trade to the Bucks in November, Holiday familiarized himself with the roster, coaching staff and front office in Milwaukee and wanted to commit toward years of competing for championships. The 30-year-old is third on the Bucks with 17 points and 5.4 assists per game and is second in the NBA with 1.8 steals per game.

Finally had a chance to win a playoff series without an MVP and he choose to trade for Harden instead. He didn't have to get Harden on this nets team, that was a bitch move. Harden has been arguably a better player then him for the last 5 years.

Also 2016 Westbrook was arguably Westbrook peak. Westbrook was for sure an MVP level player at that point and even had a better playoff run then Durant did. Still no finals and choked a 3-1 lead.

And of course he didn't have to join a 2 time mvp Curry who just beat him, another gigantic ***** move.

So basically all he has to show for his career is a 2012 finals appearance because Kawhi was only a rookie. Even then though he had an amazing Westbrook/Harden/Ibaka supporting cast. Harden and Westbrook were still all-star level and ibaka was borderline all-star level impact also. 1 finals win to show for it.

Everything he does just comes off as a guy who has
low self awareness regarding his legacy. Nobody gives a shit about what you win when you have 10 hall of famers on your team.

bledsoe was borderline unplayable in the playoffs while jrue is playing at an all star level. add on he actually needs to be guarded at the 3pt line. i think they can beat philly but bkn is too tough imo
