There were some nice blocks made by Wilt during the duration of this video and he also made an incredibly clutch defensive play on Rick Barry at the end of the game that won him his first-ever ring and finals Mvp to cap off what many NBA historians consider to be the greatest ever single season by a player and team in NBA history.

It also should be noted that despite the popular belief that ignorant fans and Media have of Wilt being unclutch throughout his entire career.

That Wilt has countless clutch moments in the playoffs both on defence and offence even if you only decide to include his Lakers years from 1969 to 1973.

For example

Game 3 of the 1970 WCF vs the Hawks where he made two clutch free throws with 14 seconds left to win the game for the Lakers.

Game 7 vs the Bulls Wilt comes up big time in the clutch as he creates a 4 point swing with 33 seconds to go with his Lakers team down two points and staring down the barrel of a first-round exit.

Games 5 to 7 vs the Suns 1970

Down 3 games to 1 and after missing 70 games due to a serious knee injury

Wilt goes nuts and posts 3 straight triple-doubles to lead the Lakers comeback to win the series.

4/5/70 game 5...36 pts , 14 rebs, 10 blks

15... 4/7/70 game 6.... 12 pts, 26 rebs, 11 asts, 11 blks (quad-double)

16... 4/9/70 game 7...30 pts , 27 rebs, 12 blks

1970 finals game 6 Wilt posts 45 points and 27 rebounds along with 8 blocks on 70 percent shooting to lead the Lakers to a game 7 in New York

Game 7 vs the Bulls 1971 playoffs

Wilt posts 25 points and 19 rebounds to go along with 9 assists and 7 blocks to lead the Lakers past the bulls without Baylor and West mind you.

1972 finals after posting 12 and 19 rebounds plus 0 BLKS in a Game 1 loss

Wilt comes out on fire and posts

GAME 2 23 PTS 24 REBS 4 ASTS 8 BLKS

GAME 3 26 PTS 20 REBS 9 BLKS

GAME 4 12 PTS 24 REBS 12 BLKS

GAME 5 24 PTS 29 REBS 4 ASTS 8 BLKS with a broken hand in a cast.

To lead the Laker to their first-ever title in La

Wilt's FINALS AVERAGE was 19.4 PTS 23.3 REBS 7.4 BLKS and resulted in him being given his second finals mvp.

there was two reasons why anyone would vid record a Pro bball game and it was Boston and Wilt.

These were the baby steps of what our league is now.

Everyone wearing converse... lol

Kareem always played in Adidas; low-tops at that [hidden wisdom of John Wooden?]. Interesting, given his amazing longevity. Wilt played his whole career in CHUCKS. Weighing 293 in 1964, and 310-315 pounds during the Laker years; Yikes- a man that size, jumping that high, year after year, no wonder he was done after a little over 1,000 games. Imagine if Wilt just got to wear 1985-vintage Air Jordans [OK- Air Wilts], not to mention the high-tech, fully-custom shoes worn in today's NBA. Given his amazing physical attributes, he could easily have played 20 or more relatively injury-free seasons.

Also, despite the loss and criticism in the 1969 Finals, it was a Wilt basket the one that sealed Game 1.

Yep
In an action-packed match, the lead changed 21 times, and it was Lakers center Wilt Chamberlain who sealed the game with a clutch basket 23 seconds before the end.
