Are the Celtics turning a corner? Once Fournier gets back this team could be a legit threat

a threat to get in the play in?

We certainly have the capacity to go deep into the playoffs. The nets may be too much, but all the other teams are all possibly beatable by the celtics.

Nah to get to the conference finals something the Jazz would dream of

Getting rid of Daniel Theis has helped them a lot. They are probably a top 5 east team now.

Nuggets were blowing them out until Jokic went to the bench in the 3rd. I swear that whole team is just Jokic. Straight Larry Bird I watched the game. He has no superstar help like other team hopping and colluding stars in this league.

Jokic has plenty of help in the starting lineup. However Murray was out and Porter was 1-12 from 3. He has been shooting great all season but sucked tonight. It happens.

While that’s true, the Celtics were also missing a 20ppg scorer

They have a lot to do this season if they want to succeed compared to the past.

Getting to the finals is the only improvement honestly

Murray is the one who led them in points, assists, win shares during their western conference finals run and he still got his ass kicked 1-4.

Well LeBron put the clamps on him

Grant Williams was making Jokic visibly irritated and he ultimately made him rage quit

Tatum is as good as anyone right now

They have proved they can give the nets a game. Maybe not a series but they wouldn’t be a roll over. Feel the only trouble teams in the east are philly and Brooklyn, that’s it.

Celtics will be a tough out in playoffs

If you are gonna depend on Evan Fournier. You aren't gonna have a good time

The only thing he should be depended on to do is get 10-15 off the bench because our bench scoring has been near non-existent all year.

Jokic played 32 minutes and was +9 in a game his team lost by 20 :biggums:

That's an interesting choice of thread title.

Yes, the Celts won by 18. But Denver was without Murray and it was the 4th quarter before Boston even had a lead. Denver was up 6 at the half and up 5 after 3, before proceeding to lose the 4th quarter 31-8.

A more accurate title would be something like, "Nuggets monumental 4th quarter collapse leads to big Boston win"

Celtics were missing players too. Denver still had hope until Jokic flat out quit. I would be furious if my star player QUIT
