Yep. Zach LaVine's recovery is what you're praying for. Only 11 months from date of tear to date of return, and lost basically nothing.

He's the only nba recovery story like that, though. The rest are longer recovery-wise, and not the same game-wise.

I think the Nuggets would have had a great shot against the Lakers with them being healthy & consistent all year vs. AD & Bron not having played together for months and coming off injuries yes.. Murray was catching fire before his knee injury as well. Tough for Nuggets' fans. I do think the Nuggets would have had the best chance vs the Lakers, they're 8 - 2 since the Gordon trade and 12 - 2 in their last 14. Jokic is playing at an ATG level.

Not sure how you replace his explosive scoring & some of his playmaking ability, he was by far the most effective scorer against the Lakers in the WCF last year. MPJ doesn't do much defensively either. They still have some depth and Jokic so they're not completely out of the picture but it would take a miracle for them to come out of the West now.
