Joe Dumars was probably the best on Reggie Miller and he has always mentioned him on interviews when it comes to defense.

Pippen obviously on Mark Jackson although I wonder how Mark would have fared at his peak.

Seriously bro I dont see anyone stopping him but himself. Those drives and fade away midrange Js are always on point as evidenced by his Shaq like career high .575%FG shooting.

Kobe Bryant on Manu Ginobili.

Kobe was a monster on D. I hated him for that.

Yeah the best part about Kobe's defense is that he was a willing defender that loved those matchups against the star guards/forwards.

Ron Artest and Luol Deng were both tough for Pierce, not sure who gets the edge.

Neither was at their peak in 98 and Mark Jackson wasn't exactly quick even at his peak. Hard to see much changing especially if it's also a peak Pippen. Scottie's length would have always given him trouble.

You are probably right, just wishful thinking on my part although he might have fared significantly better at his peak against 98 Pippen.

Both at full strength no question Pippen shuts him down.

I dont really have a favorite player tbh, so Ill just answer this question by using the current consensus GOAT which happens to be Lebron.

The answer is his teammates. Theyre literally the only people whove ever been able to stop him.

Rodman or Pippen on Barkley. Rodman moreso as he was the only player who could out hustle a rebound from Barkley.

Speaking of Rodman I wonder who kept him off the boards the best and prevented him from getting his regular numbers.
