Los Angeles has 600million in homeless fund unaccounted for. NYC same story. All around the US in major cities we have a “fight against homelessness” and taxpayer money unaccounted for. Wtf is going on?

The city tells cops to leave them alone and random people on the street give them money to live then city officials skim off the official budget. They also pay contractors way over market value for projects and then split it with them.
