Hands down one of the best overall eating experiences.

I've been to two now, the one in Beverly Hills and this weekend in Washington... Really, it is something to experience for a special occasion.

I highly recommend

I give this place 5 out of 5 stars. Been here about least 20 times in the past 10 years, San Diego, Beverley Hills, Las Vegas. Everything about the place is great. Salad bar, everything is good and has some unique items. Meats are great, especially the Picanha...I'm disappointed they replaced the filet mignon wrapped in bacon though. Wine, good selection and some of the South American wines (?) are good and half price for a bottle. Sides are decent, especially the cheesy bread...can't forget those, that's a Fogo de Chao staple. And I think the price point is good at a little under $60 per person for an all you can eat (not including drinks and any other side items). Ambiance good, service good.

Their covid protocols seem to change often though. One month I went, they weren't going around with the meats and you weren't allowed to serve yourself at the salad bar. Next month, they went back to their traditional stopping by at your table with different cuts of meat.

I use to go to the one in LA a lot for their lunch which use to be around 30 bucks. I then discovered a little joint in Buena Park (nothern orange county) called Porto's which is like a a la carte bakery near knotts or down the street for Disney which i've come to frequent when I go see my brother. I believe they have a location in Downey too which is their OG location.

FDC had a salad bar which looked to be open but they require you to put on gloves. Otherwise the tableside service was still there. I admittedly have never ordered anything off of their special menu, I really just go for the rodizio which is amazing.

I don't know if it was location or Covid-era but the service was top notch. Really no waiting at all... Another advantage of people being cared of covid i assume

Yeah, I usually don't order anything outside of the rodizio besides a bottle of wine. Every once in a while, I'll order shrimp cocktail because their shrimp is pretty big. Their service pre covid, and during covid era is always top notch.
