His 19.8 PER is trash.

Why is his PER so low? He leads the league in minutes per game but his averages are mediocre for someone who plays 37 minutes per game. His per 36 scoring average is actually lower than his per game average. In other words, he's still not doing enough. He's spending a lot of minutes on the court doing nothing.
