Is there a team Julius Randle could play for where he would be seriously discussed for the MVP award by the national media?

I guess his argument is he leads the league in minutes and never misses a game. At least he doesn't tell the media he deserves MVP and then sits out against the reigning 2 time mvp like that coward Embiid did today.

He's carried this team to the 4th best team in the East while playing pretty damn good basketball. He's definitely in the Top 10. MIP is more like it. But if the Knicks were in the Top 3 of the Conference instead, now we have to definitely talk about MVP.

Dude has been playing out of his mind... he’s elevated is game each day this season...this 9 game streak is due to him pushing past superstar status and moving toward elite... well deserved mip for sure and 2nd team nba... still have better mvp candidates over him

In no particular order:

1. Steph Curry
2. Antetokuonmpo
3. Leonard
4. Zion
5. Doncic
6. Lillard
7. Jokic
8. Harden
9. Embiid

All guys that are completely beyond discussion as having better seasons.

The Laker duo are inarguably better players but injured so not having better years.

After that there are a number of players that are arguably better. We don't name 15 guys as all being MVP candidates. After 2 or 3 guys the rest aren't a serious part of the discussion.

He'd have to be better to enter that discussion. It doesn't matter where he plays.

Harden, Embiid and LeBron have all played the same amount of games.

LeBron should actually be the MVP. He's more valuable than anyone else on your list.

James has missed too many games to get MVP over Jokic right now. Anyway...

The announcers said he should be in the MVP discussion during the Knick raptor game and Stephen A Smith has been saying it on First Take. That's a statement of fact.

He has absolutely zero consideration to even be in the top 10.
