Well he was 37. And a shadow of his former self. He had become a pretty inefficient scorer.

He probably just knew it was time to hang it up.

Not everyone stays until they can't play no more. Some players like to hang it up in their own terms and leave a good impression.

Age. His game style took a huge till on his body.
Cool stat, Julius is the only player to start every ASG in his whole career.

Because it's easy to look at numbers and say they can still produce. He was older and at the end of his playing days.

Because he was contributing value to his team about the same amount as Solomon Hill is currently. He should have retired years earlier, Moses carrying him to a title would have been his perfect exit.
