When one has nothing going on in life, they quickly find a scapegoat. In all other cultures when you are given even the slightest opportunity they make good on it. Certain cultures don't have the same capabilities because they lack accountability.

At first I thought this was getting blown out due to one dumb person on the internet having a voice.
