It's a three part reason for me. First, there's nothing to gain politically and monetarily if the Black community came out and spoke out against their own. Who will listen? Who will care? Who will enact change? The people that should be listening and should be caring frankly don't want to listen and don't want to care.

Secondly, there's a level of fame and notoriety attached to being victimized justly or unjustly by someone of another race, primarily by someone White. Frankly, no one makes a stink when a Latino or Asian kills a Black person. There's no history there between the two races. There's no justified animosity between the two races as there is between White and Black. So, the media companies bring out all their equipment, their bright lights, and their star reporters when a White person victimizes someone of color. Racial tensions and racial divisions sell. They sell because we are told they sell. Even Hollywood and the Entertainment industry gets involved. Because at any point and time, the media can start covering all these anti-Asian attacks that have happened recently, and realize that nearly all the perpetrators are Black, and they can invest hours into finding out why Blacks are racist against Asians. But....they don't. The directors only yell "ACTION" when the script reads "White person kills Black person".

And lastly, I think it's a cultural thing among Blacks to where they accept this level of violence among each other. Whether it stems from real fear of calling out your own brothers and sisters for fear of retaliation or something else, there is something almost perverse about accepting the level of crime within your community and failing to address it. Only to allow the same leaders fail you again and again through several generations, and yet you keep voting them into power.

Not enough. You can't find nice black neighbourhoods these past 70 years, do you know how many murders and black people there are since then? 6% kill 50% of the whole country... We need to see riots for that, you can do it for cops who kill less black than white. Those couple of poor parents coming together to rally breaks my heart.

One difference is that the police are authorized and funded by the government, so it might actually make sense to petition it in hopes of a policy change.

Well theres certainly not gonna be any rallies the size of BLM etc, largely because guys like Soros wont fund them, and networks like CNN, and Reps like Ilhan Obama wont hype them.

There are def some black celebrities (a minority ofc, but definitely some) and everyday black folk who speak up for accountability within the community. But the AVERAGE person (of any group) usually only jumps on board with something when it’s mainstream. So if bankers and media and politicians arent helping to organize rallies for REAL black issues... theres not gonna be enough people interested.

Average people turn out for these frivolous rallies because all the funding and hype is what attracts them. Not a burning desire for the cause. The average person is not a voice, but an echo.
