Only great players at his height today that come close are bam and greek and russell looks like he could run circles around both of them.

Bam can't run like Russell could. No center in today's NBA could run or lead the break as easily as Bill Russell could. He was a legitimate track and field star.

Be even more effective now than he was then with his inefficient hook shot. Not hard to imagine him being an elite rim runner at the very least

I figured he would look like a tougher version of David Robinson without the offense but smarter on both sides of the ball.
