View Full Version : Who is crazier? Flat Earthers or Anti Vaxxers?

I'm gonna go with Anti Vaxxers. They are even crazier than Flat Earthers. Flat Earthers at least make it sound like they believe in their own scientific model, even though it's wrong. Anti-vaxxers are downright nuts. Not just because of one thing they believe, but in many things they believe.
Furthermore, Anti-vaxxers are also many of the same people who believe that Officer Chauvin didn't kill George Flloyd. They believe that there was voting fraud, even though there's not a single shred of evidence. It's looney. They worship Trump like he's a God. They don't believe in weather change/climate change. They think that Bill Gates is trying to control the planet and play God. They don't believe in Black Lives Matter.
I could literally hold a one hundred dollar bill in front of their face and they wouldn't believe it's real. They'd make up any kind of conspiracy they could to support their beliefs. They believe what they want. They're probably a little crazier than Scientologists. Scientology is crazy but it isn't as dangerous to the world. The anti-vaxxers are affecting everyone and bringing everyone down. But they are so stubborn that they won't change their ways.

Whos to say one group is worse than the other. I find it really interesting how all the conspiracy theories are basically the new faith of our time. Coincides with the decline of traditional religions.

It would seem people need some superstition to believe in.
A sign of a deeper psychological urge to belong perhaps?
The ones you mentioned all have the element of secret knowledge, the us vs them theme, I think of it as a neo gnosticism of sorts.

Well, we have known the Earth is not flat for much longer. I believe couple thousand years ago we have known mathematically and theoretically. We have had telescopes since I think the 1600s so we have seen every other object out there is a sphere so you can then conclude Earth must be similar to every other object out there.
As for vaccines, we knew it might be possible theoretically for probably a couple centuries but the first vaccine wasn't invented until all the way into the early 20th century.
So the more basic of the 2 is the scientific theory of round Earth. Flat Earthers are crazier. Anti-vaxers are not far behind though but it's probably a slightly more complex idea/concept that came forth much later in human history.

Some people are true anti-vaxxers and thus do not trust any vaccines. Then there are people who do not believe it is necessary to get the covid vaccines given that they are ALL brand new medical technology with zero long term testing. All of the covid vaccines are only available without long term testing under "emergency" circumstances and the drug companies are basically immune to any liabilities from long term bad effects from these new technology vaccines. Covid is the most overblown "emergency" in history. Covid has very close to a 100% survival rate. Despite the fear porn propaganda that the left and mainstream media spout daily covid is just not that dangerous. For some reason there are people who soak in the covid fear porn to the point they are eager to become long term test subjects for almost completely untested vaccines that were only approved for emergency use due to a media manufactured emergency. Other people see how overblown the manufactured fear has become and realize there is no need to eagerly volunteer to be long term new technology vaccine test subject. I certainly hope those of you who have been duped do not regret eagerly volunteering to be test subjects for the long term new technology vaccine trials.

If you look at the technology of the mRNA vaccines, you’ll see that it has been researched for quite some time, has been in use for quite some time, and is highly effective.
It’s likely the future of vaccinations period.
Additionally, because they do not use the entire inactivated virus, but just a small piece, the odds of an adverse response is smaller.

Normally I'd say anti-vaxxers are pretty crazy however I understand why people would be worried about the covid vaccine. It was developed and approved in record time.
The people that believe the vaccine has a computer chip in em are pretty crazy tho. You arent that special. No one gives a fk about tracking you.

I think it has been in testing for about 20 years now so the technology was well known by researchers and scientists. It was being successfully used for research in animals including our closest cousins chimpanzees and other apes very similar to us genetically (I think chimps share like 99% of our dna). It doesn't alter our dna as some people incorrectly think.

It's hella funny how were not seeing any death certificates with the cause being the vaccine. But okay sure, just hundreds of thousands from corona virus "randomly" killing this many right before the election. Legit can't wait to see these "deaths" stop pouring in once Biden is "elected". Let that sink in :oldlol:

yes they do.
exactly why Twitter and Facebook were forced to start fact checking government officials who held active accounts on their platform. one of the underlying major issues and phenomenon's with social media isn't that it just gives any nut a voice, but it allows them tools to filter out, delete comments and block anyone who oppose them. so turns out yeah drinking fluoride underneath your sink really can cure covid like Trump tweeted *embeds video* @2min mark, received 1.6 million so clearly it's clorox and flouride are what people are using.

Please explain your point about it "being used for research successfully in animals".
You say yourself that it has been in testing for 20 years. But the intention of that was to get it approved for human use, which never happened until this emergency declaration.
How is that successful research?

Its simple. If you want to take the vaccine, go ahead.
If you are in favor of pressuring others to do so because somehow its for the greater good, then you are entering looney-land.
This is a private matter. I never got the flu shot either. Never got the flu. Or maybe I did, and didn't notice. Perhaps I passed it on and killed a bunch of people. Oh well, that's life.

Flat Earthers are the crazier ones. But if that's their only problem, they're relatively harmless. Anti-vaxxers are slightly less crazy, but much more dangerous. And if they're parents who refuse to let their kids get vaccinated against rubella, smallpox, or other childhood diseases, they're guilty of child abuse.

I mean yeah, animal testing is not the same as human testing, but my point was simply that it is not a technology invented just last year. It has been in testing for many years. It was something well understood.
Successful research is not only successful after it is fully human approved and widely being used. It can be considered a success while still in animal testing stage, especially if you are getting very positive results. Still I understand testing in a chimp is not the same as humans, but it very close considering they share 99% of our dna.
Anyways, we have had almost a full year of human testing and there has been very rare adverse effects for the mrna vaccines. I think the proof is in the pudding.

That is absolutely true too. Yeah, I guess anti-vaxxers have more impact on the world and so are much more dangerous. They have been instrumental in getting diseases like measles back. Measles had been gone extinct basically for multiple decades thanks to vaccines, but yes anti-vaxxers have been helping it come back by exploiting people's ignorance with complete nonsense like "vaccines cause autism". They are definitely much more dangerous for everyone.

If you are testing a drug towards human use and it has yet to be cleared for it after 20 years of research, then no, you have not yet been succeeded.
"Fully human approved"... It has not been approved for partial human use, not even in people of high risk of dying from influenza.
Long term affects proven not to happen because the first tests were given to a very small group of people a year ago? How does your brain get to this kind of logic?
They're doing the research for that now btw, surveying certain people until 2022. And still after that, we won't know about long term affects that could take place in a 5 or 10 year span until 2026-2031.

Well, for those animals that the technology didn't work in during research, their immune system resisted the mrna injections right away. When that happens, it's typically right away. If we are a year down the road with no resistance effects being seen in those with one of these vaccines and very rare adverse effects, I think we will be fine. I'm not concerned about suddenly stopping in 4-5yrs and dropping dead as a stopwatch goes off inside our bodies.
It's not a habit you want to get into though because not all technology is built the same. Including gene-editing technologies like CRISPR, which you want to be very careful with. You only get 1 shot at it because a piece of your DNA changes forever & your body builds permanent resistance to it -- you can only do it once with CRISPR & there is no 2nd do-over. Luckily, mrna vaccines don't alter your DNA. Certain things you have to be very careful with.

I'd love to see a study on the long term affects of mrna vaccines on animals, maybe you have one?
I didn't think you were concerned about dropping dead from the vaccine within the next few years, then you wouldn't have taken it. That's not really my concern either, there are hundred of potential long term side effects that could come before that.
We are guinea pigs, and I'll be one too, HR keeps mentioning getting my documents in order so I'll be properly registered and can get called in for a vaccine. Am pretty sure it'll be considered a requirement at the office.
