Draymond Green once again etched his name in NBA history on Monday night, becoming the first Marvel "Arena of Heroes" champion in the Warriors' 123-108 win over the New Orleans Pelicans at Smoothie King Center.D

Green finished with 48 "Hero Points," the most among any of the players from either team. Green finished with 10 points, 13 rebounds and 15 assists in 36 minutes. Hero points are calculated by adding up a player's points, rebounds, assists, steals and blocks and then subtracting missed field goals, missed free throws and turnovers from that total.

Math fail or a typo. Of course lemmings like Axe will buy this nonsense without question.

10 pts +15 assists + 13 rebounds + 3 steals + 2 blocks = 43 - 1 miss - 4 turnovers = 38. They were only off by 10 :oldlol:

Steph had 41 real points, the kind that go on the scoreboard. Green knows what's up:

"Any time you step on the floor with Steph Curry there's an advantage there," Warriors forward Draymond Green said. "So teams are terrified of him -- and everywhere he runs on the floor -- with or without the ball, teams are terrified. That type of gravity, he pulls a lot of weight. He’s hung.”

+10 for the W. Hero Draymond can take credit for that, sidekick Curry did well no doubt

Funny how the team is 1-7 without the "sidekick".

Lol are you ok? Maybe i'd rather buy this 'nonsense' than claim something bullshit that some of his stains do like he should be the mvp this year, despite the fact that his team being only slightly above .500 atm and outside of his brilliant ppg numbers on wonderful ts, there's nothing else to see about him unlike the other current mvp candidates in the league. :ohwell:

I am not surprised that you would be more impressed by a made up stat that was calculated wrong as opposed to something legit like NBA Player of the Month.

I can certainly understand why the Hero-Typo stat would appeal to you.

Speaking of taking things too seriously don't you think a thousand posts a month is a bit excessive?

I call it dedication. :pimp:

But then again, i don't brag about it that much so let's not derail this thread for that one.

Hero points, VORP points, RAPTOR points, win share points. It doesn't matter what points, draymond beats curry in everything.

Not in ppg tho

2016 finals curry only beat him by 6PPG but had 9% worse FG and played less minutes. Steve Kerr even thought draymond was better in 2016 and that's why he gave 5 more mins a game to draymond in the finals. Curry is a shooter and draymond is a basketball player, big difference.

Not in the playoffs. Curry has never been dominant in the playoffs, he has a harden lite playoff resume but just got bailed out by draymond/durant.

Kawhi is currently ranked 39th in RPM. Curry is number 1.

For his career curry averages 26.5 ppg with a TS of 61% in the playoffs. No guard in history has averaged that many points with efficiency that high in the playoffs.

He's a good playoff scorer but doesn't have any dominant playoff runs or memories.

That's just a silly espn stat. Kawhi has a 4% higher win share per 48 and his team isn't the 10th seed.

First of all the top players in the MVP race are in the top 10 in RPM.

Secondly when you say Green is better than Steph in "everything" you don't get to choose which stats to look at

No idea. If it is so important to you why don't you look it up?

That stat tells us that Lonzo ball is better then kevin Durant, who cares.

Real impact stat bball reference

Curry on/off this season: +8.9

Kawhi on/off this season: +12.1

Curry team is supposed to be way worse and he can't even do that right.

none of that is "real" impact. its a form of it (assuming you're posting bpm or on/off numbers) however REAL impact is RAPM. which is non box-score.

Feel free to point out where i said or even implied that Curry is the GOAT.

Oh that's right now I remember. You aren't capable of making a coherent argument so you have to resort to making stuff up.

FYI bball reference has Green with a vorp of 1.4 and Curry with a vorp of 5.0. Kawhi at 3.6.

You might want to do some fact checking before you post.

I am not making threads stanning Curry all the time. The only Curry thread I can remember making was the one today about him and Randle making Player of the month.

He pointed out earlier about him being a wizards fan (he has a wizards logo as his avy) while seemingly stanning curry at the same time. Mostly that's what causing the confusion or something like that.
