Yeah I would also go with Curry.

Beal has been great inside the 3pt line but he just isn't a great 3 pt shooter. When he was just shooting open 3s he could shoot them well. Once he started trying to get up more attempts by taking tougher shots his 3 pt shooting has suffered.

Beal's last 3 years from 3:

35.1%
35.3%
34.9% this year

Curry can take extremely difficult 3s and still make them at a high rate.

Looks like being a scoring champion once again took another toll on stephen curry's career. :ohwell:

The first time he won the said award five years ago, the 73-win warriors blew a 3-1 lead against matthew dellavedova in the finals.

Then the second time he won the said award which was this month, the warriors got the 8th seed without klay but lost b2b games in the losers bracket.

It seems this is also another occurrence that puts things into perspective.
