Celtics done for the season as well. I say rest Walker and play Tatum 30 mpg no back to bacls if there are any left.

I don't think the Celtics would have made it passed the 1st round against the Nets / Philly in their state.
Better to shut it down, get longer off season for rest and reload.
Plus the injury won't be career threatening.

Unfortunate news. Hopefully he can still lead the revolution.

Time to shut the team down. Sign Fournier trade smart trade Williams, semi and other scrubs for a legit player

Brown was in my opinion the glue that held the Celtics together... Tat can't do it alone.

The worst thing the celtics did was trade issiah thomas for kyrie. Kyrie destroyed that franchise and no one can convince me otherwise. Celtics thought they were getting a championship caliber leader and they got nothing from him. At least with isaiah he would of been happy coming off the bench eventually once it was clear he wasnt the same.

The worst trade ever? I don't know about that. Pitino traded away Billups after what, not a full season? Having said that, we got **** all from Kyrie so I agree there 100%.

They were cooked this season before this.

Give Nesmith starting minutes and see what he can do with them.

Lol outside of boston i think the jimmy butler-zach lavine trade back in 2017 was much worse but with the way the latter is playing rn, after four years at least it seems it's starting to pay its dividends little by little although his first trip to the playoffs remains to be seen.
However as for butler it's a different story. From being a role player he turned into a potential playoff competitor. But ofc, he can't be the goat anymore since he lost in the finals last year. Now going btt, i think you can't blame the celtics for sending a wounded isaiah thomas to another team during the 2017 offseason.

It's a down year for the Celtics I expect them to get swept in the first round.

How fitting would it be for us to kick their ass without one of their stars like they did to us last year.
They werent gonna do shit in the playoffs anyway....This just gives them an excuse....hope for a speedy recover for jalen "bully" brown. the one celtic i like

Losing Brown is not a viable excuse to me. Even with a healthy Brown, they looked mediocre at best for most of the season. Anything other than a quick playoff exit would be overachieving.

**** Boston but I hope Brown's alright. They had a terrible season (down 20+ in like 15 games) but still could have made some noise in a Playoff series with their 3 stars. Brown and Tatum were really close this season too.
