Him pairing with Gary Payton was the best.

After that, he wasn't that good.

I liked Webber.
I basically see a trade for him to ESPN for Paul Pierce.

I liked Webber. I like Grant Hill too. Reggie is fine for me because I've gotten used to him and he fits with Harlan. Maybe retire him with Harlan but he's not so bad to me he needs to be replaced for no reason.

Webber came off very fake in is commentary.

Grant Hill and Reggie Miller have that nice ego asshole style that fits their personalities in real life. I feel like Webber at times tries so hard to PC that if he were more who he wanted to be, he'd be more entertainable.

Dude was a huge trash talker when he played.

Color commentary is a lost art nowadays. You have to be funny, have charisma, be sharp, and know what you're talking about. While Webber had the basketball knowledge, he came off as lazy and slow-witted.

Hubie Brown has been the best color commentator I've heard in basketball next to Mike Fratello or Clyde Frazier.

Reggie might be corny, but he's miles better than Web.

People hate on Hubie because he states the obvious, but there are gems in there too. I like that he takes time to breakdown a team offense. Hubie also gives a coaches insight on certain players and their decision making.

Doug Collins was a good color commentator. Stu Lantz for the Lakers is another one.

Reggie Miller is a very good commentator imo. He keeps it real and has some hilarious reactions. Jeff Van Gundy is the best though. Always calling double standards out and bringing the lols. Webber is plain and boring. His reactions seem scripted and forced.

I liked C-Webb. Too bad. I’m sure he’ll get hired by ESPN at some point.

He's better when in the studio.
Idk why they never got him back in NBA TV or Tuesday over D Wade.

I remember seeing Webber at Staples during one of my Lakers games. He was 3 feet away from me and I didn't know he would be gone so soon.

Never understood how he got hired. Always sounded nervous or like he was reading notes. I think he would be better on a podcast but he would need a dope co-host that can bring like raw energy while he can be the laid back smooth one.

C-Webb was at his best when he was in the studio replacing one of the TNT guys or on Gametime, otherwise he was mid as the "EJ" for tuesday TNT and decent at best with live commentary. With that said I didn't mind him, better than Reggie. When Marv was still alive and not a zombie they were a good team.

Can't see it with Jalen Rose being there. Unless there's a big makeup.
