He is the consummate flopper, faker and Fraud so this is not outside of the realm of possibility. In fact, it's probable. He was never happy with the shortened Break Caused by Covid and He has proven time and Again that he will take advantage of A situation regardless of how unscrupulous it may seem to others.
This was A very smart veteran move by Lebron. He faces no Media backlash for "resting" and he will likely pull in Another Championship. The dunk he pulled off tonight was not from A man that has been suffering for over A month with Ankle issues.

He was clearly ducking Kawhi in the 1st round, even his own coach knew it. The ironic thing is now he's still going to be facing a tough team like suns, nuggets, jazz but anything to avoid papa kawhi

He was clearly ducking Kawhi in the 1st round, even his own coach knew it. The ironic thing is now he's still going to be facing a tough team like suns, nuggets, jazz but anything to avoid papa kawhi

The suns are a joke. So who guards AD and LeBron? Michal Bridges and Ayton? Booker on switches? That's a sweep. Ditto Nuggets. So they get beat last year and murrays out now... what changes? The Jazz have some rim protection but AD and LeBron are by far the best players in the series.

That's a huge subtraction right there.

Playoff Chris Paul will always put up a fight and who knows maybe Devin Booker is a very good playoff performer.

Michael Porter has taken a leap and maybe he's a good playoff performer.

Jazz have home court and loaded with talent

Those are all tough 1st round matchups

Lebron has more miles on his legs than anyone else, can't fault him for taking his time to get 100%, this might be his last year as one of the top 10 players in the league.

I don't think he has been a top 10 player this season though. Playoffs we will see
