He seemed to be walking pretty well on it, and he was smiling afterward, so I don't think it's much of an injury.

His shoes has always been notoriously unstable. High off the ground with no outrigger. It's a wonder he didn't get a lot of ankle injuries over the years.

Yeah, probably just has to ice it and rest. He has 2 and half days to rest.

Even Lebron's first high ankle sprain wasn't that serious. If it was during the playoffs, he wouldn't miss a single game. But of course why not rest for the postseason when everyone declared that regular season games no longer matter.
