He won an NBA Championship, NCAA Championship, and Outstanding Player of the NCAA Tournament, And All Star Game MVP. And during his prime one of the best shooters in the NBA.

his prime with the hornets and heat amazed me how he stroked the ball= absolutely a pure shooter.

HOF iffy , but I'd vote him in.
His ring was when he was old, and isn't a push to get in.

Glen Rice was a good shooter, but he benefited from the short 3 point line of the mid 90's. He shot 43.5% from 3 with the short three point line.

Without the short line, he is around a 38-39% from downtown which is still very good, but he was a bit of a black hole on offense & his defense was nothing to write home about, Phil Jackson didn't really like him as a player, he always seemed to prefer Rick Fox when he was in LA.
