Malcolm X supporters forcefully shut down businesses in New York just cause they were open on Malcolm X's Birthday.

We're nowhere near being united. This country is split in a million different ways. I'm only offended by this as a small business owner. I don't care if you worship Malcolm X or not.

Well he does reach across a wider range demographics than most heroes these days. Maybe he should have his own holiday.

Muslim, black, bisexual, pro gun and a sex worker.

America, as any other country, has a host of problems and endless challenges. Hell, the human race hasn't even been in existence but just for a blink of an eye.

In the history of man, there were always struggles for power and clashes of ideologies. Today is no different. Humans are complex creatures with a range of erratic emotions and behavior patterns.

In the end, I just pray that doesn't mean total self destruction. We must at all cost find common ground with each other. A means of agreement to preserve peace and prosperity for us all. The problem is that somewhat goes against human nature if past and present human history taught us anything. Even still, I pray one day we can achieve that goal. To me, it's the only way to insure we do not doom ourselves for good.

Personally I just pray that some time before it’s all over, and hopefully sometime very soon, someone will quote your post and add the gif of the Asian guy yelling “GAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!!”
