I'm just wondering who would have helped Curry and the Warriors. I used to think Harden's game was detrimental to a Warriors system but the Warriors have used Curry in a very isolated way this year. Some ball movement and screens, but a lot of his shots were from really long distances. He got swarmed.
I actually think Harden could have potentially fit in really well. Harden would play a lot of the point guard. And it would be hard to always double team Curry with Harden also shooting from deep and driving to the line, getting his flops in, helping them get free throws. And if the Warriors had Klay, I wonder if Harden would have been even a better fit than Durant. Klay could have moved to the small forward.
