it's interesting when you look at the consensus top 10 only lebron, brid, michael, and duncan had a consistant jumper. and the only one with range was lebron. magic, shaq, wilt, etc were very poor shooters outside 5 feet

jump shooting has little to do with all-time great status when you look at the lists. with the final shot on the line almost everyone is giving it to Larry Legend

Durant had 1 MVP. Even if he wins 3 more rings,the guys in the GOAT conversation also have 4-6 MVPs to go with the rings and finals MVPs, and sit at or near the top of the charts either in cumulative totals or averages. Durant's ceiling based on where he is now in his career is sneaking into top 10 but that would probably require a minimum of 2 rings( and at least one FMVP) and another MVP before that becomes a serious discussion.
