I still can’t figure out why people think this is a weak MVP. 3rd seed in the west despite injuries. 26/11/8 and his .301 WS/48 is the 11th highest of all time. The only players that have a season over .300 are Wilt, Kareem, Jordan, Lebron, and Steph. And the eye test confirms his impact.

Jokic being bad on defense is a dumb meme. He's not great, and he has weaknesses. This Blazers team just happens to have guards with great in-between game that can take advantage of him and the fact that the nuggets are short on guards right now. The Nuggets are geared up to defend bigger teams right now. This Blazers matchup might be the worst one they will face in the west.
