I was surprised he never became a super star in the league. The uconn huskies are my favorite college team, so seeing him take them to a national championship and become I believe the 4th overall pick was something to behold.

He played very good defense at uconn, some times he'd drift though. I think was jim calhoun keeping in line though, if you don't play defense then you don't play for jim. Once he got to the league he was done with that lol.

you gotta have desire to play defense and some people just don't care for it. I've never understood it but, there's a strategy to it I believe for players. Points is what makes you the $$$ and the harder you play defense the less energy you have for offense.
