When a team wins, should they be able to pick one opposing player to move on with?

Like lets say the Suns win their series. Should they be allowed to select one player from the team they just beat, and add that player to their roster for the next round?

This is just a hypothetical. I dont have anything specific in mind I wanna see. I just think its a shame some players could get bounced early due to having shitty teammates. This is a star driven league. We should want to keep stars in the playoffs.

I dont think it’s too late to implement this rule this post season. It could be applied equally to all teams.

Anyway, lemme know what u guys think.
