isn't that the worst? they could be your best friend from school, your cousins, your grandfather, anyone. seem so nice from person to person. then one day you visit them at their home and you see how abusive they are to their pets, mistreat them, smack them off the couch, or kick them out the way. :(

In my humble opinion, you should say something, or report them. Animals > Humans and this cannot be denied. So it's up to humans who have an appreciation and fondness for animals, especially pets to defend them and protect them from harm and abuse.

Honestly I'd cut em off. We just got a bunny and man, I can't imagine anyone hurting it or an animal.

I once saw a video online of some guy letting a pitbull destroy a cat. I can't remember exactly the thing they did but I don't think the cat could escape. Like it was tethered. It was horrible.

Animal abuse is the worst

Problem is even if you report it, chances are they might be in better care in their current state than being put in the pound

My pops never showed physical discipline to our dogs after they were trained, so my siblings and I raised ours the same. Pets are a luxury we don't deserve, i've lost 3 dogs, 1 to a car accident and it makes me weep for weeks every time they pass. Unconditional love and security, their entire short lived existence revolves around you. It's all they know

I remember someone in the past posting a facebook video of letting her toy dog willfully get eaten alive by a snake. God it's so awful. No amount of words can express how furiously upset i was feeling at that moment.

I'd report that shit in a heartbeat. Anyone who will abuse a pet will do the same thing to a human being if they get a chance. Think what could happen if they get a job at a preschool or a nursing home.

That is correct.
People that abuse animals are very close if not abusing a spouse or kid.

No doubt. Michael Vick is a piece of sh*t.
