Time to give this man his respect. You bronsexuals always give Lebron all the credit when they win, but forget who does most of the work on the team. AD goes down, look how your "GOAT" does it....passive and it a mental midget

I think AD going 2/9 might have something to do with this?

It's not that davis is better because he isn't It's just that together they're unstoppable. Bron by himself will still be good but they have no chance at the title

Lakers crumbled in the 3rd quarter when AD went out. They arent winning anything without Kareem. Magic at least made the Finals in 1991.

Lakers looked like the 2019 Lakers in the 2nd half. What was the difference?

Anyone knows?

Isn’t box score watching what people get on Lebron stans for?

You watched the game right? AD was pretty horrible from the field until the 4th when he was bird fed almost every time. I was pretty shocked to look up at the end of the game to see that he had 34. He didn’t look that good.

Bron hit the biggest shots of the game and controlled the flow.

I don’t really care either way. But eye test says he was the leader and the guy the suns were trying to stop.

AD was awesome in game 3 though.

Bron's already carried teams to the finals. In 2007 and 2018.

But ya, without AD, I don't like the Lakers chances at all. Bron is too old to be carrying another team.

They won that game because of him. Him coming out of the gate all aggressive and constantly attacking allowed Lebron to coast all game and then hit a couple jump shots at the end. Davis had 14 points to Lebron's 5 in a close game in the 4th quarter. You can say it wasn't a dominant 34 pts with all the FTs and such, but he hit a huge 3 and made all the clutch FTs to ice the game, and he was the best defensive player on the Lakers by far with how much ground he covered on D, while Lebron is always on the worst player and tries his best to save his energy for the offensive end.

Keep in mind. AD can't create for himself. He needs a Rondo or Jrue or LeBron to create for him. That has always been his limitation and always will be. He is no Jokic or Pau or KG or even Duncan. Those guys could create for others or even themselves (Duncan was more situational rather than say Jokic or KG who can actually play the point for minutes at a time). AD will always need to be set up by others (or 'bird fed').

Is that really what you saw...

If so, we don't really have much more to talk about. Lebron was drawing the defense and setting AD up. Probably 3-4 times in the 4th he bird-fed AD when he got fouled.

I don't really know how you can watch that game and come away with AD being the best player on the court. It felt like every one of the 4 rebounds Lebron got were important too. He did a lot of little things throughout the course of the game. I don't really care about ADs four FTs when the game was already decided. As I said earlier, Lebron controlled the flow and made most of the big plays, whether making shots or setting AD up for easy looks/fouls.

Yes, Lebron was attacking far less in the first 3 games this series than in any point of his career tbh with just 10 FTs and 48 FGA in 3 games. Game 4 was the first time that he really had to go up a level with AD out and finished with 21 FGA & 7 FTs. I can't say he was the best player in Games 2 or 3 because he was really passive for most of it while Davis carried the load on both ends and delivered down the stretch along with Bron.

If they just had AD and no Bran they’d be in trouble, too. The team without both just isn’t very good. Lebron haters acting like Davis is some savior of course, though.

He didn't carry the load offensively AT ALL. Again, most of his points/fouls drawn were assisted.
