17.3/7.7/11.7 on 40% FG, 27.3% 3P, 49.5% TS

As great as Westbrook's second half of the season numbers were, that's not a very good performance for the first 3 games agains Philly. Good passing numbers, but the rest isn't getting it done.

Westbrook has always been this player. I remember wizards fans saying he's all that mattered... They said he was hurt early, but was good at the end of the regular season... I guess hes "hurt" again lol.

The fact of the matter is he just sucks at basketball.

Philly has long defenders and also a big man inside. It's a tough matchup for him now that his athleticism has dropped. Doesn't help that Wizards can't shoot 3s.

I just think he puts undo pressure on himself to carry a team. (needs the right coach)

Better 4th game with the 14 assists and 21 boards (6 offensive!), but the FG shooting was bad at 3-19. Kind of made up for it by going 13-16 from the line.

A+ for effort and the win.

The Platonic ideal of the Westbrook game is something like 25/15/12 on 30 shots, 2/7 from three, half the rebounds being boxed out by the rest of the team and most of the assists coming in the last 4 seconds of the shot clock.

Also, obviously, the team loses by 10.

This is how I know you have never watched a Westbrook game in your life. Enjoy reading boxscores? Since when is Westbrook guilty of waiting till the last 4 seconds of the shot clock? :lol it is the complete opposite dude.

He had 21 rebounds last night. Somehow Steven Adams is still boxing out for him.

The only way someone could be tricked into thinking Westbrook is a superstar is to only read the box score lol

I'm shocked coaches and front offices even allowed someone to do this, over here if a player tried to pull that shit he would be immediately benched

Welcome to playoffs basketball. They played some real defense in the post season.
