And last but most importantly, he will need to put his personal stats above team success, just like Bran...even when your team is getting demolished, stay out there in the fourth qtr and keep piling up meaningless points, rebs and assists in an already long decided game. Another poster already mentioned this and it's a great point, the NBA is heading towards a defenseless game, 187-179 scores aren't that far away.
