Can someone explain to me, why second season in a row Trez plays great in regular season, but then warms the bench in PS. Is he injuried?

In 31 minutes he played this series he shot 70% from the floor for 24 PTS per 36 min, had .275 WS48 and 9.3 BPM, so it's not like he played bad when he got on the floor. What's happening?
