Both Trae and Luka are phenomenal players in their own right.

In 19/20 season, Trae has far worse supporting cast compared to Luka on Mavs.

This season, it's the other way around.

However, who do you think had the worse supporting cast: Trae on Hawks 2019/20 or Luka on Mavs 2020/21?

That Hawks team was the worst. Adding Clint Capela was huge. The same with Bogdan.

Some would say this year's Mavs squad is worse off than last year.

Mavs defs worse

Ya second option is a shell of himself...
Hardaway sucks more often than not
The rest are just pieces

Capela, Collins, Bodgan, experience of Lou Will...all better

It's not even close, Atlanta started two rookies in 2019/20, lost John Collins for 25 games, had no back up point guard on the roster and many of the players on the roster are not in the league.
This season,
Atlanta had the 4th most injuries of any team in the league in 2021 no other team with the same amount of injuries made the playoffs.
Now that the Hawks are getting healthy and playing well all of a sudden the narrative is Atlanta has a much better roster than Dallas. Any excuse to undermine the success a Trae Young led team is having nobody was talking about how good Atlanta Hawks players were during All-Star voting. Most so called experts thought the New York Knicks were more talented a couple of weeks ago, funny how the goal post moves.

high iq post. Atlanta is much worse, Dallas was expected to be much better and played lousy. Ugly basketball

Hawks have the worse supporting cast.

Porzingis is a 7"3 all-star and Tim Hardaway was shooting 3's like klay thompson.

Hawks are just trae and scrubs.

lol. We are not comparing teams as they injured, we are comparing the talent on teams.

What expert said the Knicks was more talented than the Hawks?
