A super team is one where you can lose one your best player and still be overwhelming favorites to win the title like this year's Nets.

They wouldn't have been favorites without Harden though. Lakers and Bucks were favored over the Nets prior to the trade.

Overwhelming NBA favorites. Heat minus LeBron would not have been that.

Prior to the trade has nothing to do with today...

You implied they'd be "overwhelming" favorites without him. They were behind LA and Milwaukee with Allen and Levert instead of Harden, so how would they be "overwhelming" favorites without those guys or Harden?

a super team doesn't mean you don't need one of the guys to win. a super team means you manufactured a collection of stars that trumps everyone else

from 2011 to 2018 lebron had the best big 3 in the nba (or at least close to it )

and then from 2020 to 2021 he's had the best combo that was arguably better than anyone else's best 3 guys put together

all unnatural acts

all collusion

all bullsh*t

1987 lakers (kareem is 3rd option)

90s bulls (won 55 games with pete myers)

2008 celtics (big 3 in prime)

2015 hawks (4 all stars))

If Durant was hurt the Nets wouldn't be favorites and people didn't think they were favorites when Harden got hurt but they just crushed Bucks anyways.

Lebron fans are trying to justify Lebron colluding under the table with two of the best players in his own conference.

Nets had to trade for Harden without colluding.

Just accept that only Lebron dick suckers think is the best while everyone else thinks his Mickey mouse collusion rings are a joke.

Lebron started it by being a bitch and now his fans cry daily that nobody gives him credit for being a weasel. And they are crying even more that it backfired because once other players copied LeBitch, they realized he will never win 5 championships.... 6 championships... 7 championships.

KD and Kawhi have a better chance of matching Lebron in championships than Lebron does of matching Jordan.

Would the Nets really be favorites with only KD out?
